Eldest

Eldest….. A story that will keep you hooked till the end of the book.
The adventures began when Eragon, a orphaned farm boy, finds a huge stone while hunting for meat for his family. Hoping it might have some value, he keeps the stone. Imagine his surprise when it hatches into a….drum roll please….a dragon!

Eragon becomes a Dragon Rider and joins the Varden, where he fights to defeat Galbatorix, and evil Rider who had set himself up as king of all Algeasia, Eragon’s homeland. Eragon and his dragon, Saphira, must fight against the tyrant, because he will live forever and Algeasia will always be under his thumb, unless someone stops him.

But the difference (for the Varden) between life and death, is Eragon and Saphira. The two must learn, and learn, in order to match Galbatorix and his new Riders, who are undoubtedly more powerful than Eragon and Saphira…… Read on as Eragon fullfills his destinty.. there are more books than one!
